SUMMARY:

The film features two young men, Apu and Andy and their struggles to find their calling in life. Andy is a second generation born Bengali brought up in New York. He has dreams of becoming a musician and working in films. He comes to pursue his dreams and stays at the house of his paternal uncle and grandfather in Kolkata where he meets Sheela and falls in love.

Meanwhile, Apu befriends Rita, whose parents want her to get married to him. Apu faces a lot of struggle when he arrives at the alien nation, US. The movie basically revolves around the socio-comic adventures of Apu and Andy who have promises to keep. It also features an appearance by Kolkata alt-rock band Cassini’s Division.

The film is written and directed by Anjan Dutta who was given the concept by Joy Ganguly. Mainak Bhaumik was the associate director along with Neel Dutt being the music director.
